What we need:
We’re currently looking to add an additional Event Manager to our Account Services team. The Event Manager role at Meeting Tomorrow is responsible for the success of our accounts – interfacing directly with the client and managing the relationships post-sale. They collaborate with all departments internally from sales to event support to ensure a great client experience.
About the role:
Build strong client relationships for accounts that have anywhere from 1 to 100 events per year
Work with sales team to translate expectations into deliverables
Communicate project details and updates to the client for upcoming events
Work with internal teams to ensure the success of every event
Execute ongoing account management tasks
Manage issue resolution
Execute project deadlines
Who you are:
2 years of event planning experience required
Helpful and empathetic to customer needs
Able to build relationships well over the phone
Understands time management
Embracing of fast-paced, high-growth work environment
Efficient and organized multitasker
Positive, optimistic attitude
Desire to grow in organization and take on new responsibilities and challenges
