Meeting Tomorrow is a 13-year-old company with a startup feel, with a team of 80 friendly employees, 2 dogs, headquartered in the Ravenswood corridor of Chicago. We service the event industry by providing technology services and equipment to enable live and virtual events nationwide. We do 10,000+ events a year ranging anywhere from small sales meeting setups to large conferences with thousands of attendees. What we need:

We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team! Meeting Tomorrow is growing and we need a friendly, resourceful, proactive person to help keep things running smoothly.  From greeting visitors and planning office parties to booking travel and handling facilities issues, this person will have ownership over a lot of different tasks.  Since this role interacts with so many departments and visitors, we’re looking for someone who is a great ambassador of MT’s culture and values: commitment, kindness, and humility.  If you love working with people and are energized by variety and constant change – keep reading!

About the role:

  • Welcome all visitors to Meeting Tomorrow
  • Coordinate and book travel for employees and technicians
  • Oversee and maintain Meeting Tomorrow’s office – from working with the property manager when the toilets are overflowing to coordinating repairs when the fridge breaks
  • Order office supplies
  • Assist with planning Meeting Tomorrow parties and events
  • Facilitate MT Traditions like the Annual Pancake Breakfast and President’s Day Chili Cookoff
  • Support Team Resources with new hire onboarding – scheduling meetings and setting up desks
  • Provide general administrative support to the team – ordering food, running errands, coordinating offsite meetings
