Meeting Tomorrow is a 13 year old company with a startup feel, a team of 80 friendly employees and 2 dogs, headquartered in the Ravenswood corridor of Chicago. We service the event industry by providing technology services and equipment to enable live and virtual events nationwide.
We are looking for someone to help our Event Support team keep track of event milestones and details during our busy Fall season in September and October.
Communicate order details for nationwide events to clients, technicians, and vendors
Assist in managing local partners and event technicians within Meeting Tomorrow’s vendor network
Monitor event management processes by confirming milestones with technicians and onsite client event contacts
Enter event details into computer system
Skills & Expertise:
