When you’ve got a series of national meetings and events, you don’t want to explain your core requirements to a different vendor in every city. When you work with us, you’ll have a dedicated project manager whose job it is understand your event requirements, and to communicate those requirements to the onsite staff in each city. You may also choose to have a dedicated onsite technical director who will travel to each event, ensuring you work with both a consistent project manager and onsite technical director.

Miami, Minneapolis or Memphis. When you work with us your pricing is consistent throughout the country. Because we’re not an in-house hotel or convention center AV provider (who needs to pay 40% cut to the property) we don’t pay commissions to anybody. Combine that with the economies of scale of our nationwide operations; you’ll most often find working with us costs less.
