We have a national distribution center in Chicago and 80 partner warehouses in key markets throughout the United States. We ship sensitive and easily packageable equipment out of our national distribution center and rely on local warehouses for larger, specialized pieces. All equipment is hand tested twice before leaving any warehouse. This gives you wide availability to consistent, high-quality equipment everywhere.
We have over 600 trained technicians in the field from coast to coast. Our technicians are on-site setting up, overseeing and taking down the equipment for each event. We know on-site technicians can make or break an event and we hand pick them for each of your events. We match you with the best on-site support possible by categorizing technicians by experience and skill set and rating them based on real world event feedback from event planners just like you.
