Wraparound Service, Beyond Self-Service Software

Twelve years ago, we realized people needed a reliable, experienced team to manage the webcasting production process. We decided to master all the platforms on the market, and focus on producing webcasts with the same attention to detail as live events. This means we can choose the best platform for you, manage all the behind-the-scenes details, and handle all the live production.

Success Story: Habitat for Humanity’s $1.6 Million Virtual Fundraiser

When COVID-19 struck, Habitat for Humanity, Seattle-King County, was unsure how to execute an important fundraiser online. We produced an engaging, live virtual fundraiser complete with presentations, guest speakers, and pre-recorded videos.

The final result? The fundraiser raised over $1.6 million, which is more than their in-person event raised the year prior.

Webcast Production FAQ

We will call you the same day you reach out, or the next business day if you reach out on a weekend. We’ll ask questions to understand the basics of your event, and we will confirm with you if we have a solution that will work with your budget. From there, one of our sales people will soon after schedule a more in-depth call to learn more about your event’s goals, what’s most important to you and your audience, and other details that will help us create a proposal and begin the production process.

Keep in mind that we know virtual event production is a complex process! That’s why we are here to help. If you don’t have all the answers yet, it’s no problem. We can work through it together to help you make the best decisions.

Yes. There are lots of unique and valuable sponsorship opportunities in modern webcast platforms. We can incorporate your sponsors’ branding and logos on your virtual stage, or can even help your sponsors engage with your audience, depending on your platform. We can also help you brainstorm virtual event sponsorship ideas.

We can handle all your registration needs using any virtual event or live streaming platform you choose, including sending out login information, meeting reminders, and any other communication pre and post-event. We also track your attendee metrics like user info and feedback from polls/surveys.

Yes. We can seamlessly integrate live stream production services to supplement your live event. No matter the streaming platform or number of live broadcasting locations, we provide skilled technicians, onsite encoding, detailed contingency plans, and remote viewer support.

Yes. We’re capable of helping with small internal meetings all the way up to virtual town hall meetings and large multi-location broadcasts. We can also support hundreds of simultaneous locations with full AV equipment and technician services for multi-site broadcasting.

Yes — we have several options to allow for attendees to network with each other before, during, or after your webcast. Talk to us about creative options that let attendees meet via video or chat.

When things go wrong during live broadcasts it can be a real disaster for both attendees and presenters. That’s why we always plan ahead for emergencies (internet goes down, presenter missed their flight, etc.) and focus on contingency solutions up front — remote viewer support lines, onsite technicians, pre-recorded audio and video options, 4G internet backups, and more.

A presenter’s effectiveness can make or break the attendee experience, and it really comes down to preparedness. That’s why we conduct tech checks with all presenters to train them on how the platform works so they are prepared and comfortable. We also advise on best practices like what to wear, how to address remote attendees, and managing Q&A.

While ”webcast” and “webinar” are generally used differently, people often use many terms interchangeably. Check out our article, “A First Timer’s Guide to Virtual Events” for more info on what they all encompass.
