We provide AV services and equipment rentals in every city across the United States and Canada. This includes all major cities, suburbs, and remote towns. We do this by working with equipment warehouses and qualified technicians located all over the country. Last year, we produced events in 1,570 cities. We offer delivery, setup, and on-site support for all orders.
We work in every type of venue including both union and non-union hotels, convention centers, universities, restaurants, offices, and more.
Yes. We deliver our rental equipment to any city in the country, big or small. Depending on your specific needs, we work in a few different ways:
  • FedEx Shipment: We will deliver your equipment rentals to your venue, your hotel’s business center, or to a nearby FedEx office. We’ll work with you to figure out the most secure and convenient shipping location. All equipment comes with a prepaid return label, or we can arrange a FedEx pickup for you.
  • Delivery and Setup by a Local Technician: We offer set and strike services, which means a professional technician/s will set up the equipment and then take it away once your event is over. The technician can also stay onsite for the event for support if needed.
  • Traveling Technical Director Overseeing a Local Crew: If you’d like the same technician running your show in every city, we have traveling Technical Directors who work with local crews. This technical director oversees the whole process, including delivery and set/strike.
One of our event managers will be your one-point-of-contact. They coordinate all the AV and technology logistics for you throughout the whole process. We will also hand-pick qualified local technicians to work onsite at your event. We choose technicians who are the right fit based on their expertise and experience. Technical directors and event managers based out of our national headquarters are also able to travel onsite, depending on your event needs.
