We’ve been lucky to partner with Cvent for several years, providing rental equipment for the many events and tradeshows they plan or attend. We also provide storage and shipping logistics for their SWAG and branded materials, making sure they arrive at all their events on-time with everything their team needs. Recently, we provided TV monitors and a Giant Smartphone for their 2022 IMEX booth.

  • Provided six 50” TV monitors that were installed in the booth’s kiosks and business lounge, as well as one 80” TV monitor
  • Installed specific software and delivered a Giant Smartphone for software demos
  • Coordinated delivery of SWAG and signage which enhanced attendee engagement at the booth
