We are thrilled to announce Meeting Tomorrow’s new M-Pact Award, a recognition that celebrates our team members who best embody our mission to build a culture of respect and affection. Through their advocacy, action, and collaboration, they each have created a significant impact that extends to our team, clients, vendors, and communities.
For this award, we asked our team to nominate a fellow team member who they believe made a clear and demonstrable impact that aligns with our mission. We received a great response with many submissions detailing the amazing work our team is creating both within Meeting Tomorrow and in our surrounding communities.
At our 2025 Values Week, we were honored to introduce our first three M-Pact Award winners, Allison Feldermann, Jasmin Jones, and Lonnell McNeal.
Allison Feldermann: Our Collaborative Driver
Our Business Optimization Specialist, Allison was nominated for her commitment to getting things done for our team no matter the challenge, all while catering her approach to best work with others. She consistently goes above and beyond to take on more work to make things easier for her teammates.
Her significant impact was focused on our broader community through her work for our Tomorrow Fund. Nominations highlighted how she helped bring the Tomorrow Fund’s vision to life by developing the project plan for our Techs of Tomorrow scholarship program. She worked directly with Columbia College to hit all of the major milestones needed to make this scholarship possible. Through this program and Allison’s work, Meeting Tomorrow will fund two scholarships for Columbia College students interested in becoming AV technicians.
Jasmin Jones: Our Team Advocate
Jasmin was recognized for her profound impact on our internal teams. As our Director of Team Resources, Jasmin has used her role to advocate for our most important asset—our people.
Her work, often done behind the scenes, has moved critical projects forward, including our EDI Commitment, Learning & Development, and hiring. Nominators emphasized her kindness and incredible way of making people feel heard and included. Her commitment to advocating for the team and implementing a stronger culture of EDI has been a key pillar in the increased average tenure of our team members. Jasmin’s desire to always seek a variety of opinions before moving forward demonstrates a true spirit of humility and collaboration, ensuring she’s always supporting every individual at the company.
Lonnell McNeal: Our Community Ambassador
As Meeting Tomorrow continues to strive to be a force for good in the events industry and beyond, Lonnell has played a critical role in fostering connections with our clients and our broader Chicago community.
Our Inbound Warehouse Coordinator, Lonnell was recognized in one of his nominations for his unwavering commitment to completing an important project for a client. Lonnell pulled an all-nighter with the team to get a large shipment of laptops out, not only working tirelessly but also cheering everyone on. Without his dedication and leadership, the monumental task would not have been completed on time.
On top of working in the warehouse, Lonnell serves as our official Community Liaison and has been instrumental in driving the Tomorrow Fund. He dedicates much of his time to volunteering and reaching out to local Chicago non-profits based on the West and South sides. As our ambassador, Lonnell represents Meeting Tomorrow and ensures our company’s resources are used to make a significant impact on our local neighborhoods.
Celebrating our M-Pact Awardees
It was truly special getting to celebrate Allison, Jasmin, and Lonnell at our annual Values Week celebration when our whole team comes together in person. Each M-Pact awardee received a custom trophy and a $1000 cash bonus in recognition of their contributions.
We are incredibly grateful to work with a team that shows up embodying our values each and every day, and we are proud to start this new tradition celebrating those team members.
