What they needed

They needed an interactive way to get people engaged with sponsored content during their event. They were concerned about their liability when handing out rented devices to attendees and needed an inventory process.

What we delivered

We custom branded and imaged 300 iPads. We provided charging stations to keep them fully powered during the event and on-site technicians who managed inventory control. The technicians used bar code readers to link attendees to iPads making sure all iPads were returned undamaged at the end of the event.
