Our team will deliver, set-up, and run your equipment at your venue. If you’re renting a projector only (with no screen or set-up needed) you’ll receive it via UPS, and will return it with enclosed return labels.
We offer daily, weekly, and monthly pricing for all equipment rentals. Our projector and screen rental pricing starts at $500, and we specialize in full AV services for conferences and events. Your final cost depends on how long you’re renting and the type of equipment and service you need. We’re always happy to work with you to figure out the best fit for your event budget.
We always deliver your rental equipment straight to you or your event, both in Denver and anywhere nationwide. If your order doesn’t include setup, strike, or pick-up services, we always include UPS return shipping labels.
We provide HD and large commercial projector rentals from professional brands like Barco, Christie, Eiki, Epson, and more from 5,000 – 25,000 lumens. Our projector screen rentals include 6’-8’ tripod screens, 4:3 and 16:9 fastfold & truss screens, and custom size large screens of any size.
As a general guideline, 6’-8’ tripod screens are great for intimate settings, while fastfold and truss screens can handle much larger venues.
