What size events do you service?
We provide full corporate event production or can rent equipment for all your events no matter the size or location — dinner meetings, workshops, galas, conferences, general sessions, and more. From small dinner meetings to conferences of up to 5,000 people, we can handle what you need for any size or format.
What venues do you work in?
All of them! We work in hotels, restaurants, convention halls, corporate offices, and other non-traditional venues everywhere around the country. Whether union or non-union labor, we can produce your events in any venue nationwide.
Do you provide short term and long term rentals?
We offer both short-term and long-term rentals, including daily, weekly, and monthly rates (depending on the product!). Once we learn a little more about your needs, we’ll create a solution that works well for your timelines.
How do I submit an RFP?
Simply email your RFP to rfp@meetingtomorrow.com and we’ll follow up within one business day with everything you need.
Do you offer set-up?
Yes! Sometimes, you don’t need a technician, we deliver your small-scale gear and you return it with an easy return process. Other times, we offer full set-up and strike with experienced, reliable technicians. It all depends on what you need, and we’re happy to help you figure it out.
What happens after I click “Get a quote?”
We will follow up with you within one business day to learn more about your event. From there, the next step depends on the size and scope of your event, and how much additional information we still need. But at a high level, we take what we’ve learned and create a solution to fit your needs and goals, and provide you with pricing and all other details.
