MedPoint Digital is a worldwide leader in digital medical communications and technology services to clinical research and medical marketing. MedPoint Digital provides unrivaled excellence in virtual events for the biopharma industry. They were tasked with providing a full service, engaging, compliant webcast for a product launch that was filmed and broadcasted to 35+ locations.

MedPoint Digital was looking for a new production and technology partner to provide a professional encoding solution at the filming location that was of better quality than their previous vendor. In addition, they wanted a company they could rely on for great customer service before, during, and after the event. Since their end client had an expedited timeline to approve remote locations and get invites out in time, they needed a partner who could work quickly and precisely.

MT Solution

Meeting Tomorrow completed 70+ venue site inspections within a 3 business day timeline in order to ensure local representatives had options for their regional programs that were capable of viewing the broadcast feed. Meeting Tomorrow provided all the AV, set design, and technology equipment at the host location and 35+ remote locations.

Prior to event Jessica, Kristen, and John held calls with all the parties involved in the project to make sure the message and goal of the meeting aligned with Meeting Tomorrow’s solution plan. The day of the event Kristen and John were on-hand to make sure everything at the host location was successful while the MT event support team monitored the remote sites from Meeting Tomorrow’s headquarters in Chicago to troubleshoot any technical issues in real time.
