We work in all venues, all sizes, all types, both union and non-union.

Here are just a few Louisville venue highlights:

Kentucky International Convention Center: Downtown Louisville convention center at 221 S. 4th Street, operated by the Kentucky State Fair Board (Kentucky Venues).

KFC Yum\! Center: Downtown arena seating 22,090 for basketball, the largest U.S. arena designed primarily for basketball.

Louisville Palace: Historic downtown music venue in the theater district with a seating capacity of 2,800.

Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts: Downtown performing arts complex whose Whitney Hall seats 2,377 and hosts Broadway shows.

Mercury Ballroom: Downtown Louisville live-music venue whose stagehands voted in 2024 to join IATSE Local 17.

Louisville is an active event-production market — recurring shows here include Kentucky Derby, National Farm Machinery Show, and North American International Livestock Exposition (NAILE).

Key Calendar Notes: Three strong peaks: February (National Farm Machinery Show, ~300,000 visitors), the first week of May (Kentucky Derby / Derby Week), and November (NAILE). Derby season peaks late April-early May (Kentucky Derby, first Saturday in May) driving hotel and event demand; humid summers.

Louisville’s corporate event calendar is driven by healthcare & aging care, logistics & shipping, and bourbon & beverage. Kentucky International Convention Center anchors the metro’s large conventions and trade shows, alongside the hotels and venues listed above.

Louisville Event Production FAQ

How do I submit an RFP?

Simply email your RFP to [email protected] and we’ll follow up with everything you need.

What does full event production in Louisville include?

We handle every element of your event: AV, staging, lighting, creative direction, run-of-show, technical direction. We’re the production team accountable for the outcome, not just the equipment.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 60–90 days for most corporate events. For conferences with over 500 attendees or multi-city programs, we recommend 3–6 months.

Do you work in venues that have in-house AV?

Yes, we work in any venue and can meet the requirements of the property and local union.

Can you manage events in different cities?

Yes. Multi-city work is something we do a lot. One consistent team can produce your events in every city and every venue nationwide.

What makes Meeting Tomorrow different from a local AV company?

Our dedicated account team model. The same people work your events, year after year, and they know your standards before they walk in the room.

Do you offer creative and planning services alongside production?

Yes. When you need strategy, creative direction, event design, or full event planning support, we offer end-to-end event production services to help with every stage of the process.

We’re driven by a culture of respect,
kindness, and unwavering commitment
– creating events and relationships that
truly matter.
