A typical AV quote includes all of the technical equipment required to execute your event including audio, video, lighting, staging, computers, and more. It also includes the cables, adaptors and speciality equipment that connects everything and powers your content. It will also include setup, teardown (commonly referred to as “strike”) and a list of all of the roles required to run your show.
