Pushpa Gowda JLL

I leaned on their expertise. They came to us with suggestions to make our event even better.

They were a real source of comfort and confidence leading up to our hybrid event. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat.”

Producing Events in Orange County

We serve the entire Orange County (the OC / Anaheim area) area and surrounding suburbs.

Anaheim · Santa Ana · Irvine · Costa Mesa · Huntington Beach · Garden Grove · Orange · Fullerton · Newport Beach · Tustin · Buena Park · Mission Viejo · Lake Forest · Laguna Beach · Yorba Linda

We work in all venues, all sizes, all types, both union and non-union.

Here are just a few Orange County venue highlights:

Anaheim Convention Center: The largest convention center on the U.S. West Coast, with about 1.8 million sq ft of function space.

Honda Center: Anaheim arena home to the NHL’s Anaheim Ducks, operated by Anaheim Arena Management.

Segerstrom Center for the Arts: Costa Mesa performing-arts complex hosting Broadway tours and symphony.

City National Grove of Anaheim: Anaheim live-music venue managed, operated and booked by OCVIBE as of 2025.

Disneyland Resort: Anaheim resort and convention destination staffed in part under IATSE Local 504 jurisdiction.

Pacific Amphitheatre: Costa Mesa outdoor amphitheater (at the OC Fair) worked by IATSE Local 504 crews.

Orange County is an active event-production market — recurring shows here include The NAMM Show, Natural Products Expo West, and Orange County Fair (OC Fair).

Key Calendar Notes: Major B2B convention activity clusters in winter/early spring at the Anaheim Convention Center (NAMM Show in January, Natural Products Expo West in March), while the region’s largest consumer draw, the OC Fair, runs mid-July through mid-August. Watch for hot, dry Santa Ana wind events from roughly September through January, which raise wildfire and outdoor-rigging risk.

Orange County is anchored by the Anaheim Convention Center — the largest exhibit facility on the West Coast at 1.8 million square feet. Demand is driven by tourism & hospitality, healthcare & medical devices, and technology.

Orange County Event Production FAQ

How do I submit an RFP?

Simply email your RFP to [email protected] and we’ll follow up with everything you need.

What does full event production in Orange County include?

We handle every element of your event: AV, staging, lighting, creative direction, run-of-show, technical direction. We’re the production team accountable for the outcome, not just the equipment.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 60–90 days for most corporate events. For conferences with over 500 attendees or multi-city programs, we recommend 3–6 months.

Do you work in venues that have in-house AV?

Yes, we work in any venue and can meet the requirements of the property and local union.

Can you manage events in different cities?

Yes. Multi-city work is something we do a lot. One consistent team can produce your events in every city and every venue nationwide.

What makes Meeting Tomorrow different from a local AV company?

Our dedicated account team model. The same people work your events, year after year, and they know your standards before they walk in the room.

Do you offer creative and planning services alongside production?

Yes. When you need strategy, creative direction, event design, or full event planning support, we offer end-to-end event production services to help with every stage of the process.

We’re driven by a culture of respect,
kindness, and unwavering commitment
– creating events and relationships that
truly matter.
