Semiconductor Industry Association
The Semiconductor Industry Association’s annual awards gala is a high-end, multi-part event that takes place in San Jose, CA. For their first in-person awards ceremony post-COVID, SIA needed to ensure safety protocols were in place and all logistics were handled seamlessly.
Working hand-in-hand with the SIA team, we provided event planning and full event production for the 350 person dinner and awards ceremony. In addition, our team also planned and executed the morning board meetings and a lively evening reception.
- Event planning services included: Sponsor coordination, onsite registration, printed materials, signage, attendee gifts, event decor, COVID vaccination verification, reception management, food and beverage, budget tracking, and more.
- We also created custom stage renderings and provided full event production, including dynamic lighting that changed throughout the evening depending on the segment of the program.
