Computer Science Teachers Association
CSTA is a national association for computer science educators. After partnering with them on their virtual conference in 2020, we provided both full event production and TV monitors for the association’s first annual conference back in-person at McCormick Place in Chicago.
- Event was for 1,800 attendees from all over the world
- Provided all the AV equipment and production for the keynotes, general sessions, and 22 breakout rooms
- Managed technicians from several different labor unions and ensured each union’s different labor guidelines were met
- Delivered and set-up TV monitors for the expo hall and the CSTA “playground” area
