Global Consulting Company
Our client, a global consulting company, convenes their 270 internal partners for a conference every year. Having produced two of their previous annual partners meetings, our client trusted us to bring their event overseas for their first event in Rome, Italy.
Despite the large number of attendees, it was important for our client that the conference felt like a small group discussion, with all members having an equal place at the table. This presented unique technical challenges, and we’re proud of the event’s smooth execution, coordinating all logistics and communication for the event in Italy.
- Our design team created renderings of the stage and provided viewpoints from each seat to ensure that all partners would have a fair view of the stage.
- We provided 140 wireless gooseneck microphones, placed between every pair of attendees so that they could speak from their seats.
- For the conference’s live voting segment, we supplied 270 keypads, one for each partner. Security and validity in the voting process was of utmost importance to our client, so we carefully vetted voting devices to meet these standards.
- Our AV team managed 8 robotic ceiling cameras, tracking and capturing partners at the mic for both the in-room screens and the livestream.
- The main ballroom set-up also involved 4 large screens and 45 round tables for attendees.
