How do I submit an RFP?

What happens after I click “Get a quote?”

We will follow up with you within one business day to learn more about your event. From there, the next step depends on the size and scope of your event, and how much additional information we still need. But at a high level, we take what we’ve learned and create a solution to fit your needs and goals, and provide you with pricing and all other details.

What size events do you produce?

We provide full corporate event production for all your events no matter the size or location — dinner meetings, workshops, galas, conferences, general sessions, and more. From small dinner meetings to conferences of up to 5,000 people, we can handle any size or format.

What types of events do you produce?

We produce a wide range of corporate events, including meetings, conferences, sales kickoff meetings, user conferences, galas and award shows, workshops, educational sessions, symposiums, product launches, and much more. If you can dream it up — we can make it happen.

Can you produce virtual or hybrid events?

Yes, and while we produce all formats of events, we especially excel events with a virtual or hybrid element. We have 12 years of experience producing virtual and hybrid events and work with many different platforms. And thanks to our network of technicians, we’re the only company in the county who can manage all the moving parts of your hybrid event, no matter which cities your audiences and presenters are located in.

What venues do you work in?

All of them! We work in hotels, restaurants, convention halls, corporate offices, and other non-traditional venues everywhere around the country. Whether union or non-union labor, we can produce your events in any venue nationwide.

Do you do event stage design?

Yes. We design stages and event spaces that put the spotlight on your brand. To understand your design aesthetic, we ask you the right questions, show you examples, and get your input on different trends and scenic design options. You’ll receive 3D renderings or videos that show you the space from every angle.

Can you help with union labor and power?

We can coordinate union labor, power, internet, and other venue details so you can concentrate solely on the success of your event.
