How much does it cost to rent a printer or copier?
Printer rentals start at $500. You can rent them at a daily, weekly, or monthly rate.
Does a technician set up my equipment?
Yes, a technician will come set up your printer and make sure everything is good to go. At the end of your rental period, they will come back to collect the equipment.
Does paper and ink come included?
Each printer comes with enough toner for your rental period. Paper is available for purchase or you can supply your own.
What if I need to extend my rental?
We offer flexible rental periods and we can easily accommodate extensions. We know things can be uncertain and we’re here to help any way we can.
What happens if something goes wrong during my rental?
We are on standby and available 24/7 to help troubleshoot. And we can always send one of our technicians for onsite support during your rental period.
