To help event planners get clarity on all this and all topics surrounding hybrid events, the team behind the leading event management platform Socio recently hosted a hybrid webinar, and collaborated with us as their production partner. The event covered the concrete details about hybrid event planning and execution, and included panels with experienced event planners and industry experts.
To take on the question of budget, our own Melissa Jones Clark, Director, National Accounts & Brand Experience, presented on how to build your hybrid event budget. She described the key components that go into a hybrid event, detailed out the basic equipment needed, and gave overall budget estimates for different options.
Socio wanted to give planners an all-out example of hybrid event production, to encourage creativity and ideation. It’s also important to note that a hybrid approach can be possible on many different event budgets, depending on your goals, audience size, and on-site location.
