The team anticipated our needs before they even arose.

From planning through on-site execution, they managed complex logistics and collaborated seamlessly across our internal and external teams. Hiring them again was a no-brainer.”

Stephanie Worthington Upstart

They made our team of production novices look good.

Our two events in two months for a Fortune 500 company were both big successes. Their expertise let me confidently assure my stakeholders everything was under control.”

Pushpa Gowda JLL

I leaned on their expertise. They came to us with suggestions to make our event even better.

They were a real source of comfort and confidence leading up to our hybrid event. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat.”

Kara Gladish Webex Events

No matter the curveball thrown, they pivoted.

Key Calendar Notes: Spring is the marquee season: PAX East (late March) and the Boston Marathon (mid-April, Patriots’ Day) anchor it. The BCEC/Menino Center runs a heavy convention and trade-show calendar spring and fall. Boston winters (December–March) bring heavy snow and coastal nor’easters, with January and February the snowiest months.

Boston is widely called the life sciences capital of the world, with more lab space and life-sciences venture funding than any other city. Demand is driven by life sciences & biotech, healthcare & academic medicine, and technology.

Boston Event Production FAQ

How do I submit an RFP?

Simply email your RFP to [email protected] and we’ll follow up with everything you need.

What does full event production in Boston include?

We handle every element of your event: AV, staging, lighting, creative direction, run-of-show, technical direction. We’re the production team accountable for the outcome, not just the equipment.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 60–90 days for most corporate events. For conferences with over 500 attendees or multi-city programs, we recommend 3–6 months.

Do you work in venues that have in-house AV?

Yes, we work in any venue and can meet the requirements of the property and local union.

Can you manage events in different cities?

Yes. Multi-city work is something we do a lot. One consistent team can produce your events in every city and every venue nationwide.

What makes Meeting Tomorrow different from a local AV company?

Our dedicated account team model. The same people work your events, year after year, and they know your standards before they walk in the room.

Do you offer creative and planning services alongside production?

Yes. When you need strategy, creative direction, event design, or full event planning support, we offer end-to-end event production services to help with every stage of the process.

We’re driven by a culture of respect,
kindness, and unwavering commitment
– creating events and relationships that
truly matter.
