Event Manager
Once your order is confirmed, Kristen or one of our event managers becomes your one-point-of-contact. They handle every detail including coordinating with your venue, scheduling, and more. Our event managers are an extension of your team — here to do whatever it takes.

Onsite Technician
Dave or one of our other highly qualified local technicians delivers, set-ups, and runs all your AV equipment onsite. Depending on your needs, your tech can run your show or be on-hand for technical support throughout your event.

We’re familiar with the ins-and-outs of every hotel downtown and throughout the city and suburbs.
And unlike in-house AV providers, we don’t have to pay 40%+ commission to the hotel. Those savings get passed on to you.

Yes, we’re able to work in all hotels and event spaces throughout Chicagoland. Union regulations vary by location, but we’re well-versed in navigating venues in our hometown, including McCormick Place.
We’re also happy to recommend non-union hotels we have experience working in, including The W, The Ritz-Carlton, Radisson Blu, Swissôtel, and many more.
We are a delivery-only company, so it makes it easier for you! We can either send it via FedEx (return shipping labels included), or have a technician hand deliver equipment straight to your door.
From the West Loop to Logan Square, to Rosemont and surrounding suburbs, we can deliver and also stay to set up, support the live event, and strike gear.
It’s hard to choose a favorite in a city filled with incredible architecture, but if you want something with historic charm, the Palmer House’s interior details are breathtaking.
For something unique, we also love Greenhouse Loft for smaller groups that don’t need hotel rooms.
