When you partner with us, you get the same Account Manager, Technical Director, and core crew year after year. We learn your brand standards, your team’s rhythm, and your execution preferences by heart.

Instead of starting from scratch with a rotating venue shift crew every time, you gain a dedicated partner you can rely on consistently. We already know your playbook so we can focus entirely on making each event better than the last.

Hollywood Event Production FAQ

How do I submit an RFP?

Simply email your RFP to [email protected] and we’ll follow up with everything you need.

What does full event production in Hollywood include?

We handle every element of your event: AV, staging, lighting, creative direction, run-of-show, technical direction. We’re the production team accountable for the outcome, not just the equipment.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 60–90 days for most corporate events. For conferences with over 500 attendees or multi-city programs, we recommend 3–6 months.

Do you work in venues that have in-house AV?

Yes, we work in any venue and can meet the requirements of the property and local union.

Can you manage events in different cities?

Yes. Multi-city work is something we do a lot. One consistent team can produce your events in every city and every venue nationwide.

What makes Meeting Tomorrow different from a local AV company?

Our dedicated account team model. The same people work your events, year after year, and they know your standards before they walk in the room.

Do you offer creative and planning services alongside production?

Yes. When you need strategy, creative direction, event design, or full event planning support, we offer end-to-end event production services to help with every stage of the process.

We’re driven by a culture of respect,
kindness, and unwavering commitment
– creating events and relationships that
truly matter.
