The team anticipated our needs before they even arose.

From planning through on-site execution, they managed complex logistics and collaborated seamlessly across our internal and external teams. Hiring them again was a no-brainer.”

Stephanie Worthington Upstart

They made our team of production novices look good.

Pushpa Gowda JLL

I leaned on their expertise. They came to us with suggestions to make our event even better.

They were a real source of comfort and confidence leading up to our hybrid event. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat.”

Kara Gladish Webex Events

No matter the curveball thrown, they pivoted.

Producing Events in Las Vegas

We serve the entire Las Vegas Valley and Clark County area and surrounding suburbs.

Las Vegas · Henderson · North Las Vegas · Paradise · Summerlin · Spring Valley · Enterprise · Sunrise Manor · Winchester · Whitney · The Strip · Boulder City · Green Valley · Centennial Hills

We work in all venues, all sizes, all types, both union and non-union.

One recent event of ours: A financial services conference for more than 2,000 attendees at ARIA Resort & Casino.

Here are just a few more Las Vegas venue highlights:

Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC): The 4.6 million sq ft campus expanded with a $1 billion, 1.4 million sq ft West Hall in 2021, including the largest column-free exhibition space in North America.

Mandalay Bay Convention Center: One of the largest privately owned convention centers in the world with more than 2 million sq ft of space on the Strip.

The Venetian Resort / Venetian Expo: Strip resort offering about 350,000 sq ft of hotel meeting space adjacent to the large Venetian Expo halls.

Wynn / Encore Las Vegas: Strip resort with about 560,000 sq ft of configurable meeting space.

MGM Grand Conference Center: Strip resort with roughly 484,000+ sq ft of event space and a 51,561 sq ft largest conference room.

Caesars Forum: Conference center on the Strip operated by Caesars Entertainment, a major non-hotel meeting venue.

Las Vegas is an active event-production market — recurring shows here include CES, SEMA Show, and NAB Show.

Key Calendar Notes: Convention activity runs year-round, with marquee peaks at CES in January and the SEMA Show in early November; NAB Show anchors April. Hot desert climate with very hot summers (June-September highs commonly above 100F) pushing all activity indoors; mild, dry winters (December-February) make it a peak convention season.

Las Vegas is the No. 1 trade show destination in North America, with nearly 15 million square feet of meeting and exhibit space citywide. Demand is driven by tourism, conventions and hospitality, gaming and entertainment, and technology.

Las Vegas Event Production FAQ

How do I submit an RFP?

Simply email your RFP to [email protected] and we’ll follow up with everything you need.

What does full event production in Las Vegas include?

We handle every element of your event: AV, staging, lighting, creative direction, run-of-show, technical direction. We’re the production team accountable for the outcome, not just the equipment.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 60–90 days for most corporate events. For conferences with over 500 attendees or multi-city programs, we recommend 3–6 months.

Do you work in venues that have in-house AV?

Yes, we work in any venue and can meet the requirements of the property and local union.

Can you manage events in different cities?

Yes. Multi-city work is something we do a lot. One consistent team can produce your events in every city and every venue nationwide.

What makes Meeting Tomorrow different from a local AV company?

Our dedicated account team model. The same people work your events, year after year, and they know your standards before they walk in the room.

Do you offer creative and planning services alongside production?

Yes. When you need strategy, creative direction, event design, or full event planning support, we offer end-to-end event production services to help with every stage of the process.

We’re driven by a culture of respect,
kindness, and unwavering commitment
– creating events and relationships that
truly matter.
