No. You can log into your existing Square account on our rental devices. All sales data, inventory, and deposits sync across your entire fleet in real-time.
What happens if the Wi-Fi goes down?
Our Square hardware supports Offline Mode, allowing you to continue taking swiped and dipped payments. We strongly recommend pairing your rental with our 5G Cradlepoint routers or high-speed hotspots to ensure real-time syncing and risk-free card authorizations.
Do your devices support Apple Pay and Google Pay?
Yes. All Square hardware in our fleet supports contactless payments including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay, in addition to chip, PIN, and magnetic stripe.
Can the Square Handhelds survive outdoor festival conditions?
Yes. The newest Square Handheld models feature IP54-rated resistance to dust and light moisture, making them ideal for outdoor food stalls and merch tents.

What is the minimum lead time for a bulk rental of 50+ units?
We recommend a 2-week lead time for large-scale deployments to allow for custom configuration and testing. For smaller orders we can often ship same-day or next-day.
Do your Square Stands include the iPad, or is it hardware only?
We offer both. Most clients prefer our Full-Kit rental, which includes a late-model iPad, the Square Stand, a credit card reader, and all necessary cables.
Do you offer 4G / 5G data plans?
Yes. Units with data are available at an additional fee. We offer both 2GB and 5GB data plans and will work with you to find the right connectivity solution for your event.
Is technical support available on weekends?

Is it better to rent or buy Square stands?
