Virtual doesn’t have to feel distant. We professionally produce virtual events that result in real, authentic experiences for your audience.

Wraparound service, beyond software.

You need more than a software login — you need a webcast production team.

Twelve years ago, we realized people needed a reliable, experienced team to manage the virtual event production process. We decided to master all the webcast platforms on the market, and focus on producing virtual events with the same attention to detail as live events. This means we help choose the best platform for you, manage all the behind-the-scenes details, and handle all the live production.

When things go wrong during live broadcasts it can be a real disaster for both attendees and presenters. That’s why we always plan ahead for emergencies (internet goes down, presenter missed their flight, etc.) and focus on contingency solutions up front — remote viewer support lines, onsite technicians, pre-recorded audio and video options, 4G internet backups, and more.

A presenter’s effectiveness can make or break the attendee experience, and it really comes down to preparedness. That’s why we work conduct tech checks with all presenters to train them on how the platform works so they are prepared and comfortable. We also advise on best practices like what to wear, how to address remote attendees, and managing Q&A.
