Maximum Size	LED screens don’t have a maximum size or restricted shape. You can use any number of LED panels together in any size or format.	Generally, the biggest an ultra-narrow LCD wall can get is 5×5 panels, totaling 25 LCD screens. This creates a 16.8′ x 9.5′ display size.
*Viewing Distance*	LED walls are best viewed from a distance and are often used as large stage backdrops, hanging signage, or concert video monitors. There are no visible seams between the LED panels.	The image on an LCD wall will be sharper than on LED walls when viewed up close. They have very thin seams between each LCD screen, called bezels.

Content	Content needs to be formatted and sized to fit the LED wall and provide the best viewing experience. Meeting Tomorrow can help advise and test your content.	It’s typically easier to create content for ultra-narrow video walls. If your content looks great on a standard computer monitor with a 16:9 aspect ratio, it will look good on an LCD video wall wall.
Power Requirements	Much lower than LCD — but it’s still good to make sure your venue has enough power capabilities.	You need a lot of power. Each screen requires about 4 amps. We can coordinate power with venues to make sure you have enough.

What’s the difference between a LED and LCD video wall?

There are big differences between LED and LCD video walls. Think of LED video walls like a giant Light-Brite — they’re made of thousands of illuminated pixels, meaning they’ll look best from further away.

Meanwhile, LCD video walls are made of high definition LCD screens similar to TV screens you’re familiar with. LCD video walls will have thin seams called “bezels,” and can’t be used outdoors.

What is pixel pitch on an LED screen? Which one do I need?

Pixel pitch describes the distance between pixels on an LED display and is indicative of resolution. Each pixel on an LED wall looks like a tiny light. The smaller the pixel pitch, the closer each pixel is to another, resulting in a higher resolution.

For large stage setups and/or when viewing 10ft or more away, we recommend around 3.9mm pixel pitch. If you’re in a close viewing space or have super detailed image expectations, we recommend 2.9mm or lower.

How do I create content for an LED Video Wall?

Once you decide on the exact size of your LED wall, a graphic designer, video editor, or other specialist can convert your slideshow, video, photos, or other content into the correct resolution.
