First, we’ll learn all about your event. We would love to know the overarching purpose of the meeting and how the online portion fits into that to provide a solution that accomplishes your goals. A big part of that is what level of interactivity is needed for all attendees – we can leverage features like polling, Q&A and multiple presentation locations to make it feel like everyone is in the same room.
There are so many different online event software options with varying levels of capabilities and costs. We will help you choose the right solution for your event by walking you through the options to show you examples of functionality and design.

Engaging your audience through polling, Q&A, gamification, or other tools is key for keeping your attendees tuned-in. We’ll help you choose the right engagement tools for your event based on your goals and audience size.
|We offer varying levels of production, ranging from a professional webcam all the way up to a simulated live event where all the presenters and technical crew are in one location. Given the uncertainty of the future and safety being a top priority, we offer flexible options so you can choose the level of support needed closer to your event date.|
Before the event, we make sure everything is fully prepped for success – handling any speaker trainings or rehearsals that are needed to make sure everyone is confident leading into the day of the event.
Everything will be setup and tested, contingency plans put in place, and you will have a professional team on-hand to handle all technical elements — camera operators, audio technicians, video engineers, and/or technical directors.
After your event, your project manager will lead an event debrief to summarize everything that happened and present opportunities for growth and improvement. They’ll ask for your feedback and suggest new ideas to implement moving forward.
In addition, you’ll get a report with all user information gathered during the online event — registration info, polls, quizzes, and more!
You’ll work with one of our online event planning experts through the whole process. They’ll take the heavy lifting off your plate and coordinate all the details, including:

Yes. We can seamlessly integrate online event services to supplement your live event. No matter the streaming platform or number of live broadcasting locations, we provide skilled technicians, onsite encoding, detailed contingency plans, and remote viewer support.
We can handle all your registration needs using any streaming platform you choose, including sending out login information, meeting reminders, and any other communication pre and post-event. We also track your attendee metrics like user info and feedback from polls/surveys. Then we’ll send you details on how it went — so you can start thinking about your next one.
Yes. We’re capable of helping with small internal online meetings all the way up to town halls and large multi-location broadcasts. We can support hundreds of simultaneous locations with full AV equipment and technician services for multi-site broadcasting.
When things go wrong during live broadcasts it can be a real disaster for both attendees and presenters. That’s why we always plan ahead for emergencies (internet goes down, presenter missed their flight, etc.) and focus on contingency solutions up front — remote viewer support lines, onsite technicians, pre-recorded audio and video options, 4G internet backups, and more.
A presenter’s effectiveness can make or break the attendee experience, and it really comes down to preparedness. That’s why we work with presenters to train them on how the platform works and what to expect during the live event. We also advise on best practices like what to wear, how to address remote attendees, and managing Q&A.
