Meeting Tomorrow provided all the AV and technology equipment for the show management team and was the preferred vendor for the trade show exhibit area, which included thousands of exhibitor booths, held by hundreds of countries across the globe. Before Expo, Kristen and Melissa went on-site to meet and scout out the variety of buildings where the different gear would be set-up. Then, when it came time for delivery, Kristen was on-hand to make sure everything made it to the correct location and was installed on time. The technicians performed gear set-up and strike, and also stayed on-site during the show to ensure everything was functioning properly.
Meeting Tomorrow was happy to supply the following equipment for World Dairy Expo:

• registration kiosks
• laptop computer stations
• sponsored charging stations
• display monitors
• HD TVs for viewing of show coverage around the grounds
In addition, we provided a large 90″ monitor to play the event’s 50th Anniversary video on repeat, as well as other gear for the show exhibitors, like video walls and booth monitor displays. All in all, everything went great and we were incredibly happy to be a part of the anniversary celebration. We’re excited about the future and working with World Dairy Expo!
